I notice there's a pale blue on on the Typewriter Database, and that the Cole Steel was advertised for sale in the US in November 1957, so it's very likely (especially with the lifting carriage lever).
Bill M, Spitfires could be surprisingly comfy!
Bill G, just come across an ad for a 1958 Oldsmobile - WOW! Then again, it could be a Royalite (or one of the many similar little Dutch Royals with a bewildering variety of names). That's probably more likely than a Cole Steel, which is pretty rare.Richard Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16232053429935587826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5248447883714712696.post-14337542467649889772021-02-20T08:25:35.144+11:002021-02-20T08:25:35.144+11:00More great content Robert.

Along those lines, it is funny to think that Triumph Motor Co. billed their TR7 sports car as "The Shape Of Things To Come", when clearly Royal had beaten them to the punch with the Futura.Bill Ghttp://typewritemosphere.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5248447883714712696.post-68505265197469170942021-02-20T03:03:33.590+11:002021-02-20T03:03:33.590+11:00Those fine advertisements take me back to my child...Those fine advertisements take me back to my childhood; fancy cars and plenty of typewriters. I miss the comfort and roominess of those big cars. I guess that is why I prefer my truck.
Then, I'd love driving around in a Spitfire!.Bill Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14649212489891769390noreply@blogger.com
