Typewriters in Australian magazine

The May-June edition of Australian Country magazine is about to hit the newsstands and it features an article on typewriter collecting. Please take some of the quoted comments with a large grain of salt:

  3. What a great piece. I'm going to try and find the magazine at our local newsagent. I also saw your online contribution to the Smith Journal after they featured typewriters on their cover several issues ago.

  7. Congratulations! You have some really beautiful machines there. Even the plastic-bodied examples are eye-catching, being so clean and eager to be used.

    That green Valentine looks particularly... '70s funky!

  10. I love the subtitle: "A Type of Hysteria" - I've had the illness only since the beginning of this year, but that certainly nails it. I love the lime green Valentine - thought they were all red. A great magazine piece. Hope you got everything put away after the photo before it rained or something. A lovely sample of your collection.

  11. That's a nice glamorous piece! They took some beautiful pictures. But one question remains, how the *** do you select typewriters for a one time story when you have that many?
