As the author of these posts, I make the decisions about what they contain - it is not open to discussion.
Since I do not own a Blick I never realized the machine was aluminum. I thought only the front cover was aluminum.

Bill: the model 6 or Featherweight was all aluminum. Other models were normally cast iron, but could be ordered in aluminum; those are rare.
