20 Portable Typewriters I Once Owned and Wish I Still Did

I've lived a life that's full

I travelled each and every highway

But more, much more than this

I did it my way

Regrets, I've had a few

But then again, too few to mention

I did what I had to do

And saw it through without exemption

(In no particular order)

  1. yep, I'd regret letting those go too - but my wallet would regret getting them in the first place at today's prices :D

  2. All beautiful. I can remember many that I miss, too — but I know that I don't have space to exhibit them all, and what is the point of just letting them sit in the basement in cases? Sigh.

  4. wow sir, you have had some lovely typewriters, so now i do have typewriter envy! there is just something so beautiful about the form following function. I think one of the prettiest is the Olivetti Studio 42, designed with that solid Bauhaus ethos. have you any that you would consider selling? im just a novice by your standards, but still with a reasonable enough obsession. Happy Days :) Janine
