I picked this one up cheap in Chiltern in Victoria last week - working nicely, but fairly battered. Can anyone guess what model it is? Some of these models were made in Pakistan, but this one comes from the original country of manufacture, also starting with the letter "P". Come on, it's as easy as "A ..."

The only thing I can think of is a Consul, but the ribbon cover does not look like a Consul.

Yep, that's a Sears variation of the ABC/Cole Steel. I'm actually looking for one of those in good working order to transplant into a Cole Steel shell. I have hopes that the mount points are still the same. (:
