Robert, I marvel at the breadth of your knowledge on Australian typewriter history. You're the only one in the typosphere who can do what you do. Many thanks for the gift of "oz.Typewriter." And many thanks for honoring my one-month-old "I dream lo-tech" with a follower sign-up.

It is a funny question about whether one should just conduct conversations in the comments area of our own blogs, but all of us do it, so join the club!

I'm so glad you're keeping this up, Robert. You do a great job.

Thank you, Robert - your history lessons and observations are always interesting and insightful. I read you every day you post and then check your post list because you so often post more than once a day and I don't want to miss any of it! :D

Also, you actually typecast today, YAY!

I'm so touched to be mentioned! Thank YOU for your prolific writing, which inspires all of us to do better while educating us on many aspects of typewriter history. We were honored to have you join us in the typosphere, and I would say you have filled a void for us as well, with your excellent journalistic style and daily dispatches. As we say in Geneva, bonne continuation!

Robert, the blog you have is wonderful. Blogs can sometimes be very weak on content, but your always is filled with interesting information. Please, keep it up!

Wow we are all "internationally recognized" now!
You write very well. I read as much to learn the craft as to learn about typewriter history.

Aww, shucks, Robert. In reality, it is I who should be thanking YOU for your typewriter advice over the last few months. Your recommendations have been a great help. And your book, "The Magnificent 5", has caused me to purchase more typewriters than I had originally planned. My wife ain't too crazy about that aspect, but I keep telling her that I'm 'rescuing' these machines from key-choppers.
Congrats on the 10K and thanks for what you've given so far.
